.hack//G.U. Last Recode

Bandai Namco has released new screenshots for the fourth volume of .hack//G.U. Last Recode. The fourth volume is brand new for the remaster and takes place after the events of Volume 3 – Redemption. .hack//G.U. Last Recode is scheduled to be released for PS4 & Xbox One in Japan on November 1st. No Western release date has been announced thus far other than TBA 2017.

Tales of the Rays August Character Updates Trailer

Bandai Namco will be adding new characters to Tales of the Rays on Android & iOS this month and they’ve released a new trailer showing them off. Check it out below! The new characters mentioned in the video are, Cless Alvein (Tales of Phantasia), Chester Barklight (Tales of Phantasia), Alisha Diphda (Tales of Zestiria), Asbel Lhant (Tales of Graces), & Cheria Barnes (Tales of Graces).

Ferrari Cars Are Coming To Project Cars 2

Ferrari cars are coming to Project Cars 2. Slightly Mad Studios & Bandai Namco have announced that the iconic Italian sports cars will be available in the upcoming PS4, Xbox One, & PC racer. Ferrari fans can look forward to racing with 10 different models, the 365 GTB4 Competizione, 288 GTO, 330 P4, F333 SP, F50 GT, F40 LM, Enzo Ferrari, 488 GTE, LaFerrari, & 488 GT3. Here’s a trailer announcing their inclusion in Project Cars 2.

Pokkén Tournament Controller Announced For Nintendo Switch

Hori’s Pokkén Tournament controller has been announced for Nintendo Switch. You may remember that Hori had released a similar controller for the Wii U version of the game. It was previously announced that the Wii U version controllers will work on the Switch version, but if you’d rather have the Switch one, you can pre-order one at Amazon by clicking here. The controller is essentially the same as the Wii U one except it’s black and features the Pokkén Tournament DX logo. It’s currently set to be released on September 22nd, the same day as the game.

Bandai Namco has shared a Namco Museum Nintendo Switch launch trailer on their YouTube channel. The compilation is set to be released on July 28th on the Switch eShop. This version of Namco Museum includes Gallaga, Dig Dug, Tower of Druaga, Sky Kid, Gallaga ’88, Rolling Thunder, Splatter House, Tank Force, Pac-Man, Rolling Thunder 2, & Pacman VS.

Bandai Namco has shared the Tales of the Rays The Power of Truth announcement trailer over on their channel. The latest entry in the Tales series is set to be released this Summer on mobile devices. Here’s a synopsis from Bandai Namco.

Tales of the Rays is an upcoming free-to-play RPG that brings the intense 3-D gameplay that Tales fans love from the console series to mobile platforms. Tales of the Rays will be available Summer 2017 as a free download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

In Tales of the Rays, players travel across diverse landscapes with heroes Ix and Mileena, exploring dungeons full of treasures and battling monstrous enemies in an epic quest to revive their world. Past Tales heroes will make appearances in the game with memories from their original worlds as experienced adventurers to provide Ix and Mileena with guidance as they embark on their journey. Tales of the Rays features console-quality graphics and gameplay, including the all-new Linear Motion Battles system, with simple controls optimized for mobile devices. Fans can look forward to stories told through animated cut-scenes with the classic soundtrack and music, as well as limited time events with special bonuses.

A New Tamagotchi Game Has Been Announced For 3DS

A new Tamagotchi game has been announced for Nintendo 3DS. It’s called Tamagotchi no Puchi Puchi Omisetchi and it’s scheduled to be released in Japan on November 16th. The price for the game will be 5,724円 (~$51.57) according to GoNintendo. Bandai Namco has opened a teaser website for the game which contains some info in Japanese.

My Japanese isn’t great, but it seems that according to the teaser site, the price is actually, 5,300円 (~$47.67). In addition, the game will seemingly only support 1 player. Tamagotchi no Puchi Puchi Omisetchi’s CERO rating is still pending.

According to a Google Translation of 4Gamer’s article, Tamagotchi no Puchi Puchi Omisetchi will be part of the 20th anniversary celebration of the Tamagotchi series. There will also be a pre-order bonus in Japan, a Tamagotchi themed “little outdoor pouch.” Here’s an image of the pouch.

Gundam Versus Beta Announced

A Gundam Versus beta has been announced by Bandai Namco. This will be an open beta so it would appear that anyone who is interested will be able to participate. They also announced that if you pre-order the game at select retailers, that you’ll get a pre-order exclusive bonus, the BN-876 ß Hot Scramble Gundam. Pre-orders alsoget bonus DLC characters ASW-G-08 Gundam Barbatos Lupus and GN-005 Gundam Virtue. Gundam Versus is scheduled to be released on September 29th for PS4. Additional beta details will be revealed as we get closer to launch. Below is the full press release.
